In a small rented office in Bavan, a gargoyle keeps her blinds drawn and her door open. Peggy Carter is open for business, and she offers years of spy experience. She is ready to take any case that doesn't offend her moral sensibilities--she will investigate workers comp claims, theft, missing persons, child welfare, and a wealth of other things. But let's be honest: she'll mostly just be used to check whether people are cheating on their spouses or not.

As an extra service, she will organize the evidence and testify in lawsuits, trials, and cases that she investigated. She is also ready to hand over the evidence to local authorities if you would like her to. (Disclaimer: the evidence is automatically going to the authorities if she believes that you have committed a serious crime with the work she has done.)

Employment Opportunities
She's not currently looking for anyone to work for her full time, but she will pay off people who give her information for her more serious cases. She needs contacts all around the city, and she's ready to butter them up a little.
